As the name suggests, this album is a promotional disc featuring a live set by Frank Black, performed on June 24, 1993. The live performance featured They Might Be Giants as the ensemble: John Linnell is credited on the baritone sax and as the conductor, John Flansburgh on guitar and vocals, Tony Maimone on bass, and Kurt Hoffman on tenor sax. In addition, the live set featured Frank performing three TMBG songs: "Mammal", "Particle Man", and "Spy".
